Proposal: New or Improved Special Page for New Pages Feed

I'd like to propose the development of a new or improved Special page related to the New Pages Feed. This would be intended to help page patrollers, new page reviewers, and administrators better manage recently created content.
Background
[ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]Currently, Wikipedia uses the Special:NewPagesFeed as part of the PageTriage extension, which provides a feed of newly created articles and drafts for review.
While helpful, there are limitations reported by users, including:
- Lack of advanced filtering or sorting
- Limited namespace support (e.g., Talk, User, or Draft space)
- Inflexible UI and display options
- Occasional performance issues with high activity levels
Proposal
[ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]I’m proposing one of the following:
- An improved version of Special:NewPagesFeed, possibly as an upgrade to the current PageTriage extension,
- Or a new Special page that offers better filtering, tagging, and review tools for tracking new pages across different namespaces and user types.
Features under consideration:
- Filter by namespace, creation date, user groups, tags
- Real-time or daily updated feeds
- Enhanced moderation and tagging tools
- Support for reviewing pages outside of mainspace (e.g., Draft, User)
- Improved mobile compatibility
This could benefit not only experienced reviewers but also help onboard new users involved in curation or monitoring.
Why I’m Bringing This Here
[ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]Before filing a formal feature request in Wikimedia’s Phabricator, I’d like to gather community input and consensus on:
- Whether this idea is useful or needed
- What specific features or improvements would be most valuable
- Whether this should be an upgrade to PageTriage, a new extension, or a Gadget

Adding "Portal" namespace to tcywiki
[ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]I propose we add a new "Portal" and "Portal Talk" namespace to help organize topic-specific content (e.g., Portal:Tulu Culture). This will allow better navigation and curation of topics. [ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]As we observed ಮಾದ್ಯಮೊ ವಿಕಿ and ಮಾದ್ಯಮೊ ವಿಕಿ ಪಾತೆರ is little bit disturbed in the browser url we have to remove the space in between ಮಾದ್ಯಮೊ and ವಿಕಿ even in English and Kannada is MediaWiki without space.
This change:
- Aligns with the standard usage of MediaWiki.
- Avoids issues with URL encoding (spaces often become %20).
- Looks more professional and consistent across languages.
So my suggest is:
