Add on of Extended Confirmed User Rights

The Tulu Wikipedia is currently in a phase of growth, and several important changes are required to support this development. One such change is the introduction of Extended Confirmed user rights.

These rights are already in use on the English Wikipedia, and implementing them on Tulu Wikipedia would be beneficial as we continue to grow. The addition of Extended Confirmed rights would allow us to better manage the increasing number of active contributors and provide access to essential tools like Twinkle, which simplifies tasks such as reverting vandalism and monitoring recent changes.

We propose that these rights be granted to users who meet the following criteria:

• Have 30 days old account
• Have made 500 edits

By implementing these rights, we can ensure that trusted users have access to powerful tools while maintaining the quality of the Tulu Wikipedia. This will also help foster greater participation in administrative tasks, such as content management and patrolling.
